Important Please Note: While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness with respect to such goods.

Not responsible for loss or damage in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control. Due to current Fuel/Gas issues and the agents blended into the fuel causing issues like phase separation, London Small Engine Repair is not able to warrant any fuel or carb related work. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we have no control over this issue. In the event you wish not to proceed with the services or repair required to restore your equipment to working order after it is assessed there will be a administration fee due upon pickup of your equipment and or mailed to you. Shop Labor Rate $95/hour. I hereby authorize repair work to be done along with the necessary material and hereby grant you or your employees permission to operate the unit as necessary for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on unit to secure the amount of repairs thereto. A Pickup and or delivery fee will apply. All Sales Final
